WHP 2007 kicks off this weekend below Piccadilly Station in Manchester. The opener featuring Layo & Bushwacka, Felix Da Housecat and AVH is already sold out. Fortunately major acts keep rolling in for the next 3 months: John Digweed, Jeff Mills, Steve Lawler, David Guetta, and the list goes on. My weekends are filling up, but looks like I’m good for the weekend of 19 Oct.
We know the rankings are just a popularity contest but it’s still fun to play along. Voting closes in just a few hours, so support your favourite DJ or music producer now! If you’re not sure who to enter just pick 5 names from our Vinyl House t-shirt.

In London, the kids are lovin’ the big slogan tees. In Italy, the Ciao Bella design, a remix of the Coca Cola logo, is what’s trendy among the ragazze, well at least for those who wear tees.
The Ciao Bella T-shirts were sold pretty much in every city that I saw with prices dipping as low as 6 euros a pop. This eBay merchant is the only one I found selling it online.
Back from two weeks visiting the touristy sites in Italy. Of the 20 pics I took, the shot below is my favourite one. It was taken in an alley in Venice near the Zattere stop. That ledge, according to our Venetian host, is to prevent people from relieving themselves in public.
