We strive to make high impact, high quality T-shirts, and to treat you the way we'd like to be treated - in a professional and reasonable manner. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an e-mail at info@swiftlabel.com with your comment and order number. We will do our best to answer you within 24 hours with a refund or exchange proposal.
What is your privacy policy?
We collect your personal information to complete and contact you about your order. All customer data are kept confidentially and will not be distributed to other parties. Please be assured that we do not store any credit card information on our site or on our computers.
Can I design T-shirts for Swiftlabel?

T-SHIRTS
What T-shirts do you use and how is the fit?
All our graphics are carefully screen printed on American Apparel T-shirts. We use the 2001 series for men and 2012 for women for the slimmer fit. The T-shirts are 100% cotton and made in the USA. Please note that the tees may shrink by about 2 cm (an inch) in length after the first wash.

How many T-shirts do you print per design?
We want our T-shirts to be affordable and exclusive. This requires a delicate balance between selling enough to keep prices at a reasonable level (and for us to make a living), and selling not too many to keep the probability of seeing someone else wearing the same tee very, very slim. Because it's just not cool when that happens.
To find out how many we've printed, go to the product description page of the T-shirt. Please note that the actual number printed is not as important to us as the location of our orders. We prefer to sell 200 T-shirts to customers in 200 different cities than to sell 100 T-shirts in London alone. We can do this by printing in small batches and looking at our sales data when deciding whether to print more.
How do I properly care for my T-shirts?
All T-shirts should be washed inside out at cold temperature. Do not put the T-shirts in a dryer as it may shrink them and damage the print.

ORDERING
How much are your T-shirts?
Unless otherwise noted, all our T-shirts are $28 (USD) taxes included. Prices listed in other currencies are indicative prices only. Please note that shipments outside the U.S. (especially packages with 4 T-shirts) may incur duty fees and sales tax (VAT).
How many T-shirts can I order?
We’ve set a limit of 2 T-shirts per design and 4 T-shirts per order.
What payment method do you accept? Is it safe to order?
Our site only accepts credit card payments with VISA or MasterCard. All transactions are processed by InternetSecure, a wholly owned subsidiary of US Bank, the 6th largest bank in the United States. If you wish to pay by PayPal, please send us an e-mail at info@swiftlabel.com.
We've taken added precautions to ensure that the ordering process is safe and secure. Our site uses 128-bit SSL encryption by Thawte, a Verisign company. In addition, all credit card details are not stored at any point on our server.
How does checkout work?
We've made the ordering process as swift possible. Checkout can be done in as little as 3 steps
1) Your bag: click View on the top right-hand corner of the page to view the content of your bag. On this page, review the itemsand then select the country of shipment to get the shipping rate. Click Continue if everything is correct.
2) Checkout: on the checkout page, fill in the shipping address (must match billing address) and the credit card details. Click Complete Payment to complete you order. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm the transaction
3) Verified by Visa: if your issuer is a Verified by Visa member, then you must enter your VISA password to complete the payment.
4) Confirmation: when your transaction is approved, a confirmation will be sent by e-mail (please check your junk folder). You will then get another e-mail from us once the item(s) has/have been shipped.

Where do you ship to?
We currently take orders from:
- North America: Canada, United States (but not Delaware and Connecticut for tax reasons)
- Europe: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
- Asia/Oceania: Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand and the Republic of Taiwan
How much is shipping?
The shipping rates are listed below. Please note that orders outside the U.S. may incur additional charges, such as duty fees and sales tax (VAT).

How long does shipping take?
Our T-shirts are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of an order, either from Print Mojo, our supplier in the United States, or directly from us in the United Kingdom. When the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Print Mojo sends our T-shirts with the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery takes normally 3-5 business days for orders in North America, and 5 to 10 business days in the rest of the world. Please note that packages that are held at customs for inspection may cause additional delays.
We send the T-shirts via Royal Mail. Delivery takes normally 3-5 business days for orders in Europe, and 5 to 10 business days in the rest of the world. Please note that packages that are held at customs for inspection may cause additional delays.
